Dr. Debashis Chatterjee is acclaimed around the world for his pioneering work in leadership development and transformational learning. His first book Leading Consciously (Butterworth-Heinemann) established the classical wisdom traditions of the world at the center stage of leadership practice. It was selected as one of the top 5 leadership books in the world by Management General. In an acknowledgement of this achievement Harvard Business School recently named Dr. Chatterjee as one of the 15 “thought leaders” of the world!

 

A Fulbright scholar at Harvard University and MIT and a University gold medal winner, Dr. Chatterjee's professional career has been a rich blend of experience as a practicing manager as well as a trainer, consultant and an academician. Dr. Chatterjee is presently the Programme Director for The Centre for Leadership and Human Values, Indian Institute of Management , Lucknow, which is India's premier national business school. The Institute is affiliated with a number of business schools in the U.S., Europe, Canada and Australia.

Dr. Chatterjee has lectured and taught at MIT, Harvard Graduate School of Business, The University of St. Thomas and Tufts University. He continues to conduct leadership and self-mastery programmes for executives, doctors, scientists, political leaders and social services workers. He has taken his message to the US, Canada, France, Singapore, Australia, Denmark, UK, South Africa and India and continues to conduct sessions for Presidents, Prime Ministers and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
