Yep, he couldn't resist topping the 7th Habit and despite the marketing appeal, this book delivers some good insights and new perspectives on age old leadership issues. Perhaps even more interesting than the book is the DVD of 16 Inspiration Films that accompanies the hard cover verson of the book. Watch those first!
